30+ Years of Experience

Radek is a seasoned business manager with over three decades of international experience in the packaging industry and related sectors. For more than 15 years he has specialized in Sourcing, combining strategic thinking with hands-on execution.

Cross-Functional Expertise

He has worked across Customer Service, Sales, Account Management, Supply Chain, Sourcing, and Program Management – giving him a rare ability to connect strategy with operations.

Truly International

Born in Poland, Radek has lived and worked in the USA and Switzerland (the latter since 2004). He speaks Polish, English, German, and Russian, and easily navigates both cultural and business contexts.

Strong Academic Background

Radek holds an M.A. in International Economics and Management (University of Łódź) and an MBA (University of Maryland). He is an expert in Sourcing Process and Strategy, Supplier Relationship Management, and Sourcing Excellence.

Trainer & Negotiation Expert

He has delivered hundreds of negotiation workshops on almost every continent (Australia and Antarctica still on the bucket list!). His trainings are practical, interactive, and enriched by his passion for personal development and cultural context.

Football Enthusiast

Outside of work, Radek is an avid football fan who has visited more than 150 stadiums in over 40 countries. He believes that every match tells a story of culture, passion, and community – lessons that often echo into his professional life.
