How the Module Works (Sample Agenda)
Delivered as a 6 – hour program (for maximum 8 attendees to ensure proper time and attention), this training provides combination of theory and practice. Attendees bring their own max 10-minute ppt presentations covering the subject of their own choice which for the basis for the practical exercise part.
Morning Session
- Key concepts of the excellent presentation delivery.
- The Goal.
- The Audience: profile and expectations.
- Body language, gestures, mimics.
- The use of space.
- Time management.
- CTA (Call to Action).
- Interaction with the Audience.
- Types of questions.
- Managing “Trouble Makers”.
- CCAC: Cushion->Clarify->Answer->Close.
- The Do’s and Dont’s.
- The PowerPoint sins and how to avoid those.
Afternoon Session
- Each attendee delivers their presentation applying the hints from the morning session.
- The presentation is recorded on a camera.
- All other participants assess the quality of presentation with the use of score cards distributed in prior.
- Each presentation is followed by a 5-minute verbal feedback session and populated scorecards are handed over to the presenter.
- Each presenter receives a movie with their presentation for further analysis and corrections if applicable.
